This Farr designed Noelex 30 (no trailer) has an electric operated lift keel, lift up rudder, performance sailing yacht is perfectly suited to doing WAGS racing and weekending in the Broadwater, Moreton Bay. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 adults with enough room to stay onboard for extended periods, rather than just overnight. Uniquely, it has air conditioning, a legacy from a past owner whose wife wanted it when in marinas in summer.
The cockpit is comfortable and spacious enough to make handling the sails easy. There is a bimini with three solar panels on it and provides excellent sun protection for the person steering.
The galley to starboard aft has a two ceramic hot plate diesel stove, a single stainless sink with pressure water, and a top loading built in fridge.
There is a large quarter berth opposite on the port side, switch board forward of this and two singles amidships in the saloon with a drop leaf table.
The enclosed bathroom is forward to port and has an electric toilet, wash basin and provision for a shower.
There is a storage cupboard opposite and a good size V-berth forward
