The first impression walking up to the boat was how beautifully presented the boat is. After stepping aboard the stern and under the brand new dinghy on the davit into the spacious sun protected cockpit, the glossy fibreglass was impressive. The Raymarine instrument display on the steering pedestal is practical and functional. The main sheet is thoughtfully routed to an extra winch aft, to the helm. The electric halyard winch under the dodger makes light work of raising and reefing the main. Stepping down below was another "wow" experience. This boat has been loved because everything was in immaculate condition. The large, L-shaped, well equipped galley is to port. To starboard, the spacious bathroom has a separate shower and dual access from the saloon and the owner's full width haft cabin. And what an incredible aft cabin it is! East/West queen size bed, usable on either tack, full standing headroom, storage lockers, and excellent access to the back of the engine. Moving forward to the saloon, the U-shaped settee to port has a table that drops to form a double bed, and the pilot berth opposite converts to a dinette. The nav station is aft facing at the end of the pilot berth. The V-berth double bed cabin is spacious, well ventilated through the large overhead hatch, and the bed has plenty of storage under. Moving topside, there is a gate on each side for dock access and yes, all standing rigging has just been renewed Nov 2021. The side decks are wide for good access and the anchor locker is highly organised with a divider that separates the chain from the spare anchor and misc anchor gear. There are up and down foot switches in the locker. Tusitala is ready to take you on your cruising dream just as she is.
