Details
Running Free is a superb Pilot House cutter rigged blue water cruising yacht, designed by Dudley Dix, and built to the highest standard in Cape Town, South Africa, the round bilge steel hull has the finish of moulded f/glass. Attention to detail is outstanding and below decks, the saloon is light and bright with all round vision.
There is a spacious well ventilated owner's cabin with a centreline semi island double forward. Amidships to port, is a large double cabin with heaps of cupboards and lockers. Aft to starboard is a semi private single cabin which has the space to double as a work sho and general storage. There is a spacious bathroom forward to port between the mid ships cabin and the forward owners cabin.
On deck the sailing systems and the level of equipment is all designed for efficient, short handed, blue water cruising.
Running Free has been cruising the east coast extensively with her present owner mainly doing it single handed. She has been antifouled, a number of maintenance jobs done to make her ready in all respects to put to sea and transport you safely and comfortably around the Aussie coast or across the Oceans of the World.
