PRICE NOW REDUCED! OWNER WANTS HER SOLD!
This Aussie designed and built performance cruising yacht did a world circumnavigation with one of her previous owners, and her current owners for the last 12 years have updated systems and maintained Stylopora to a very high standard for their coastal cruising voyages, so she is set up for comfortable, practical and safe world cruising.

There is a V- berth forward, toilet and shower just aft to port, spacious saloon with L- shaped settee to port and pilot berth to starboard, navigation station to starboard aft and L shaped galley to port with a walk through to the owners aft cabin.

The galley is equipped with twin stainless steel sinks, top loading refrigeration, top loading freezer and there is a front opening fridge under the Nav station. There is a Force 10 two burner gimballed gas stove/oven and plenty of storage lockers.

The owners cabin aft has a very comfortable double athwartships berth, lots of storage lockers and excellent ventilation through a large overhead hatch and the sliding access hatch to the cockpit.

The cockpit is fully weather protected and the furling headsail and in mast electric/hydraulic mainsail can both be operated from the cockpit. The staysail is hanked on and lives on the cutter stay in a bag so a quick trip to the foredeck to connect the halyard and remove the bag is necessary to delpoy the staysail.

Remarks
These hugely popular designs have been the choice of couple's intending to do ocean cruising since the first one was launched in the late seventies because of their thick solid fibreglass hulls, foam composite decks, very strong build structure for offshore sailing, deep weather protected centre cockpit and private aft cabin.
"Stylopora" is easily handled by one of more competent sailors as her sailing systems can be controlled without leaving the cockpit. She has no vices and her excellent sailing performance in all sea conditions will put a smile on your dial.
