THIS IS A VERY SPECIAL YACHT... We sold this Australian Registered vessel seven years ago for her original fastidious German owner who set up Deep Blues for serious offshore cruising. The current, also fastidious owner, has enjoyed maintaining his boat and cruising the east coast extensively. He has nothing but praise for the way Deep Blues has handled any and all sea conditions on all points of the wind and proved to be very comfortable, safe and easy to sail shorthanded.
The spacious weather protected cockpit with brand new high quality dodger & new full length bimini, comfortable seating, twin wheels, is both functional when under sail and practical for entertaining at anchor. The stainless steel targa/davit make for easy launch and retrieval of the brand new rigid bottom inflatable and outboard.
The spacious air conditioned saloon, u- shaped galley, three queen cabins and one single cabin layout has proven useful for visiting family or friends.
Set up for short-handed sailing, there is an electric winch to raise and handle the mainsail and a bow thruster to take the hassle out of docking in marinas.
The current owner has maintained all systems on a 'preventative maintenance schedule' and kept maintenance records. The bottom was sandblasted in November 2019 because of antifoul build-up, and a new epoxy / antifoul paint system done.
