2006 Sun Odyssey Deck Saloon, Owner's three cabnin version, sleeps upto 8... There is a massive island queen stateroom aft (can be converted to two cabins aft if desired) with head to starboard and shower to port, two guest cabins forward with two singles, two doubles, and two bathrooms to service guests lucky enough to be invited to cruise aboard this fabulous yacht.
The saloon is spacious, with dining seating for 8 around the U -shaped settee and additional lounge seating for 4 on the port side settee.
The forward facing, well equipped navigation station to starboard is fitted with current series Raymarine touch Plotter/Radar/Sounder, Icom M602 VHF, Icom M802 HF Radios, Gen set control panel, Battery management panel, 12 & 240 V circuit breaker boards.
The gourmet galley with corian bench tops has heaps of storage lockers and drawers, large top loading freezer, 1 x top loading fridge and 1x front opening fridge, gimballed Eno 4 burner gas stove/ oven/grill, Microwave, crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc. Ready to go.
On deck, there is a brand new Vectran full batten main and electric furling headsail about to be fitted.
Twin steering wheels, stbd station has Raymarine autopilot, bow thruster, wind, depth, sounder and anchor remote control, Port helm station has multi Depth, speed and a second wind speed /direction monitor.
The Raymarine touch screen is located centrally under the cockpit table facing aft for easy visual and manual access from either helm stations.
The voluminous cockpit easily seats upto 10 happy sailors, which we often do when doing WAGS (wednesday afternoon gentleman series). YES I HAVE SAILED ABOARD THIS FINE VESSEL OFTEN !

"Madiera" has been maintained and upgraded without regard to cost and presents in absolute pristine, ready to cruise condition.
I have sailed aboard her on numerous WAGS and a Gladstone race, so know her well. She is easy to handle under sail with her electric furling headsail and oversize Harken 66 two speed primary winches. The bow thruster certainly makes docking in any conditions hassle free.
"Madeira" has been antifouled end of May 2016, new vectran working sails included, she is cruise ready and is The Best Jeanneau 54 DS ( Deck Saloon) Sun Odyssey to hit the global market.
